Flat for rent in Farnborough. Close to station.

I have a double room for rent in a flat in Farnborough, although you will have exclusive use of the flat almost all of the time.

I have just got a job where I will spend almost all of my time (I will maybe pop back once every 3 months for a night, and every now and then to pick up mail etc.) away from the flat.

The flat is fully furnished to a high standard, there is also off-road dedicated parking, with additional visitor parking bays.

All bills are included in the rent, the only thing that you would need to organise is broadband and a tv/tv license. However, dependant on the duration of the lodging agreement, I could potentially organise for you.

The flat is located within a 5 min walk of Farnborough Main train station and a 20 min walk from Farnborough North. It is also only 5 mins from The Meads (Sainsburys, cinema and various other shops).
