We live in a quiet area in Farnborough with a large loft extension and room below linked to provide a practically self contained flat. Share hall and laundry only. Walking distance both Farnborough rail stations.

Loft room with double bed, futon sofa, wardrobe, Virgin TV and unlimited broadband plus room below kitchenette/ dining space leading to en suite shower room. All bills and use of tumble dryer/ washing machine included.

Off street parking/ bike storage possible.
Rent is £625 pcm.

In return for what we believe to be a reasonable rent we would like an animal lover who is prepared to feed and make a fuss of our 2 middle aged and very friendly cats when we are on holiday. One requires medication twice a day. We have family locally who would step in should either cat be unwell.
