Julian and Char are live-out landlords who own and manage the properties ourselves. Because we live locally, any issues can be sorted out really quickly. No agents or middlemen are involved. You will need to pay a holding deposit of £130 to secure the room while we take out references, and this will be offset against your first month's rent.
