I have a double room available to females only. You sharing with only myself, although I won’t be there all the time. It’s a 3-bedroom house with separate living room, dining room, and kitchen. Furniture is included in the bedroom which is all brand new! New bed + mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of draws, etc. A new duvet + bedding will also be included if required.

I am looking someone clean and tidy - the house is very well presented and everything is new, so in need of someone to preserve this. Brand new flooring has also been put in. The garden is nice and maintained.

There is a main bathroom which is shared. There is also a downstairs toilet too. Brand new combi boiler - so there is always hot water available on demand. WiFi is also included in the price.

Parking available, and only 0.8 miles from Farnborough Main train station.
