Hello. I've a large double at £749 per month with on street parking close to the property & private decked rear garden.
The price of the rent includes the following bills, Electricity, Gas, Water, plus the Cleaners & Gardeners salary..
My cleaner comes into the property weekly, cleaning the Kitchen/Dining area, hall, downstairs cloakroom & bathroom.
# On street parking.
# I am looking for a professionally employed housemate.
# I do not let to Self-employed people.
# I require the details below before I progress any viewings.
When sending me a message on Spareroom please include your full name as it appears on your passport.
Your nationality and whether you are male or female.
Your mobile number, which must be on WhatsApp & an email address so that I can contact you.
Finally what you do for work.
What industry you are employed in.
Finally how long you have been employed.
If you decide to take one of my rooms then all I ask is prior to you moving in, is that you send me your last three wage slips or contract of employment, if you have just been offered a job. Also your driving license &/or passport to prove who you are.
Finally all bills are included apart from the council tax. The annual Council Tax bill is £1,641.33p. Once you move into the room you will be put on to the council tax bill & you will be required to pay a monthly charge of £27.35p, you will also be put on the electoral roll so that you are registered against the house which will assist you if you are opening a bank account applying for a mobile phone etc.
Broadband and the TV licence package are an additional charge of £9.29 per month.
