Furnished Single Room Available with 32yr old F

I am a 32yr old F looking for a housemate! I have a furnished single room available in Farnborough, roughly a 6 minute drive from Farnborough Main, Farnborough North and Fleet train station.

The bedroom consists of a TV, single bed, chest of drawers and hanging space.

The house is a 2 bedroom house shared with myself only. The property has a lounge/kitchen with a fully comp high spec kitchen with dining table and large fridge freezer, bathroom with hand held shower, garden and parking.

I am open to short term lets (1-6months) but would prefer longer term (12+months for consistency) for £500 per month (£125 a week including bills). I will consider less than one month for an additional fee of £25 a week.

I am open to considering house trained pets (cats and small dogs). I have cat flaps fitted already from previous pets and I love fur babies!

I travel a lot so sometimes the house will be private to you, I ask that if you’d like guests over that you just ask me first and let me know who they are (full name) so I can log who has been in the house other than us.

When I’m home I tend to work from home but I have a garden cabin for my home office which will be solely private to me and off bounds to anyone who shares with me, this allows for privacy for both parties for a few hours in the evenings (uninterrupted lounge time) as well.

FYI: I love to cook when I’m home and I often cook fish so I’m not sure anyone with a fish allergy would be suitable just to reduce risk.
