House Mate Wanted For Spacious 3 Bedroom House

I have a double bedroom in a spacious good sized 3 bedroom house in a quiet area in Farnborough, it also has an office room which is free to use.

The house is 1 mile from the train station and close to local shops.

I myself work in the filming and music industry so my work is a mixture of WFH and out at locations. I have the master bedroom at the top of the property with my own en-suite where I spend most of my time.

I'm fairly social and into sports, music and football. You can be as social as you want to be, I don't mind as long as you're a neat and tidy person.

The room has a brand new bed and memory foam mattress, the walls are freshly painted and come with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house is located directly in front of a woodlands which is great for walks and in a very peaceful setting. There is free parking in a communal space at the back of the house.

The is a big open plan kitchen and good size living room you will have full access to as I would very much want you to feel right at home.
