Furnished Room

I’m looking to rent out a furnished room in my well-kept, two-bedroom flat in Farnborough. I'm looking for someone reliable, tidy and respectful. I currently live here, but once I find a lodger I will be able to reduce this to once a week due to my work commitments.

The room comes fully furnished with a single bed and an additional pull out bed, that can be a flat double bed. You would have your own private bathroom, complete with both a bath and a shower. The flat is clean, modern, and well looked after throughout.

The flat also features an open-plan living room and kitchen complete with a dish washer and washing machine.

The flat is well located in a quiet residential area, close to Farnborough Airfield, and within walking distance of Farnborough town centre and the train station. Local shops are only a few minutes walk away.

Rent is £700 per month, including bills. If bills remain low I'll halve a month's rent in October 2026 and potentially another month later depending on length of stay.
