I’m looking for a like-minded professional to rent a bright, well-proportioned double room in my flat.

The room benefits from dual aspect windows, bringing in plenty of natural light and making the space feel open and airy. The room is unfurnished but we can discuss furnishing if preferred.

About the flat:

• All bills included
• You’ll only be sharing with me

I travel occasionally for work, so you’ll sometimes have the flat to yourself, which is ideal if you enjoy your own space and a quieter home environment.

I also have two cats, so it’s important you’re comfortable living with pets.

• £700 per month (all bills included)
• £300 deposit
• Available: End of the month

I’m looking for someone clean, considerate and easygoing who will treat the flat like home. Ideally another professional with a similar lifestyle.
