Double room in house - Next to Business Park

Available for Monday-Friday or part time let is a nice sized double room. The rooms comes fully furnished with memory foam mattress, bedside table, wardrobe and desk. The house has 2 rooms and you'd be sharing with myself and my boyfriend. There's a bathroom with shower over the bath, and kitchen available for use.

We're directly next to the business park, less than a 5 min walk to the Village hotel, 10 mins into town and 15/20 to the train station.

I'm 25 and my boyfriend is 29 we work 9-5 most days and usually go to the gym in the evening. We have 2 cats and a little bird.

The rent is £110/week including all bills.
