Quiet cul-de-sac location, on street parking, within walking distance of three pubs/restaurants and supermarket. Bed linen and towels supplied if required. Easy going environment, able to leave gear in room over weekend.

Will require proof of employment during length of let, eligibility to live in UK and photographic ID. References optional depending on individual situation.

Landlord lives at the property, very easy going with flexible approach.
