I have a double room available in an unfurnished 2 bedroom flat, in a great apartment block which has a double aspect lounge/diner, modern kitchen, modern bathroom, electric storage heating and allocated parking.

I’m having the flat decorated next week so it will be available to move into in a couple weeks. (around mid April).

This second (top) floor apartment is situated in a secure gated development off Fleet road, Farnborough, very close to the M3 junction.

The rent is £425 + bills, so around £550 per calendar month.
