LOCATION
The house is in a quiet and safe residential close. It has a large driveway with space for 4-5 cars as well as off street parking.
A few minutes walk from the house is route 2, that takes you to either Farnborough station and town or Frimley and Camberley. There is also the yo-yo bus route nearby.
The house is easily accessed from both junctions 4 and 4a of the M3.

ALL USUAL BILLS INCLUDED IN RENT
Room rent includes all usual bills: Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water Rates, 100MB Wireless Broadband, Cable channel subscription, TV Licence for communal area, weekly cleaning service for communal areas and regular garden and house maintenance by landlords or our handyman. Professional annual safety checks. Small charge for laundry machines to encourage full and efficient use of machines.

HOUSE AND GARDEN
The recently refurbished kitchen and living room are shared with the other housemates and cleaned by a weekly cleaner.

Comfortable sitting room with dining table and chairs so that tenants can be sociable if and when they want to.

There is a pretty garden with patio, garden furniture, BBQ and clothes drier and the garden is kept looking good by the landlords.
