The apartment has two bedrooms, one with en-suite shower/bathroom and one with a larger private bathoom.
The apartment is quiet, clean and modern, the neighbours are mostly elderly so i don't have any problems with noise or other behavoir. There is a large shared garden to the rear of the property and one parking space per apartment plus visitors parking. The apartment is fitted with gas central heating and gas cooker and all modern appliances, it is fitted to a very high standard and fully furnished.
In terms of facilities, there are 5 or more large supermarkets in the area, at least one of which offers an online delivery service to the door. In the town which is approximately 10 mins walk to the centre there are large shopping centres with all kinds of shops available.
For connections, the apartment is within 5 mins drive of the M3 motorway and if traffic is good central london can be reached in 40 mins. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment and runs regular trains into central london (Waterloo station) which take 34 minutes. There is wireless internet throughout the apartment.
Cleaning etc is shared between the tennants and expected to be kept in a nice condition. I would prefer to agree to a period of 6 months or possibly 12 but am open to negotiation on this?
