- I've lived in shared houses most of my life. I've renovated this house to be as slick as possible for everyone living here.

- We're not into living in mess or cleaning up after anyone else, so messy students or mid week ravers won't fit in as everyone is up early on school nights.

- We're a friendly, quiet bunch with overlapping social circles round this area which is great for meeting people in the pubs esp. now summer BBQs have started.
