Smart, modern double en-suite room in North Camp

I will soon have a very clean and tidy double en-suite room available in my 2 Bed flat in the North Camp area of Farnborough and will be looking to rent this room Monday to Friday only. I am looking for someone in full time employment. The room is for single occupancy only, and so no couples; no children and no pets please. You will have your own en-suite with shower and shared use of the kitchen. I am looking for a responsible, respectful, clean and tidy lodger. No smokers or vapers.
Would suit person who likes their privacy.
References and a deposit would be required. Situated in a quiet location with private parking and close to shops, restaurants, town centre, train station, airport and local industries.
