Double Room - looking for a housemate

I have a 3 bedroom house and I will be looking for a new house mate from mid August. I would consider Monday - Friday and full week.

I have a dog, a springer doodle who is very friendly and will say hello a lot. He is very good with other dogs. I would allow a dog if it’s fine with other dogs.

There is a choice of 2 rooms. Both are double. One is downstairs and larger the other is upstairs and smaller but you can use the other for storage if needs be.

The garden is very large and there is a lot of parking available.

I am a 10 minute walk from Fleet station, possible quicker but I have little legs. Which is a direct link to London so great for commuters. Also right next to the M3 junction.

There is a lot of woodland a short walk away and Fleet pond. Also Fleet town is a 15 / 20 ( leg dependent) minute walk and has lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

I am a professional and work from home most days. I am looking for someone who is also a professional but likes to let their hair down occasionally. I love music and play guitar and sing, art, shows, movies and beautiful places.
