Furnished Room In Fleet

Hi there, I am a live in landlord looking for one housemate. The shared family bathroom has been recently updated. Room is a double size and is furnished, but not ensuite.
Bills are included, and there is broadband access. Off street parking available.

Preferences:
New tenant must be full in time employment. Non smoker preferred. Smoking is not allowed in the house, I do smoke but only outside. Not interested in couples, unless they are willing to pay extra cost. I am not likely interested in having any pets either. House is situated on a B road, so bear in mind some traffic noise. And the bedroom window does not work very well. But still it is a lovely house to live in, come and view.
