Hi there I'm Rob, I am a live in landlord looking for one or two housemates. The shared family bathroom has been recently updated. The double room would be £700 per month (or £550 Mon to Fri). The single room would be £550 per month (or £420 Mon to Fri)
Bills are included, with broadband access. Off street parking available. Spacious garden. Kitchen has most appliances. No tumble dryer.
Cleaning responsibilities shared.

Preferences:
New tenant must be full in time employment. No smoking allowed in the house. Couples may be considered at a higher rate. I am situated on a B road, so bear in mind some traffic noise.
