One Room Available In Church Crookham Maybe Two

I have two rooms to choose from or maybe the second room let later, parking outside the house never a problem. the house is smoke and pet free Im looking for a share the same,
The lounge share would need to be talked through but take it as not available, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can think of, there is a garden, and a fully equipped gym at the bottom of garden that we could discuss if required, town is 1 mile away and the canal 1/2 mile away very clean property, both rooms are on the ground floor my room is on top floor, from past experience would prefer female occupancy but may consider professional male, Both rooms have new beds and recently decorated. you must be in full time work, (not from home) and sorry no pets
