Double room on Elvetham heath shared bathroom

Ground floor bedroom in friendly relaxed household. Opposite a nature reserve for nice walks and chill time. Includes some hanging space and clothes storage. Bed is a high end and very comfortable sofa bed that is sprung and well padded - very comfortable. All my previous tenants have found it good.
Shared family bathroom that is newly renovated.
Kitchen and kitchen equipment access - some appliances not available.
Walkeable to Fleet town centre.
Morrisons close by and walkable.
Four Seasons staff bus stop/pick up very close by.
We have a small cavapoo dog that is friendly.

Please do not apply if you are male, or anyone older than 30. No couples. This is just our household preference. No guests or overnight guests. NO smoking or vaping of any kind. No additional pets.
