Room available in 2 bed house

I have a 2 bed home in Fleet and am looking to rent the second bedroom temporarily. This come with a double bed, 2 bed side tables, a chest of drawers and a dressing table. The bathroom and living spaces will be shared.
There are direct trains to Waterloo in 45-55minutes from Fleet station. You can drive to Richmond in 45 minutes, Heathrow is 35 minutes, Gatwick in 55 minutes. There’s off road parking, and garden along with sky, Netflix, Disney+ etc.
I have a 4 year old Japanese Spitz named Maya so please bare in mind there is a dog at the property.
References are required. All bills included. 3-7 day per week rental considered.
