The location is very convenient—a 10-minute walk to Fleet Station, which has direct trains to Waterloo, and just a 30-second walk from Fleet High Street.

My partner and I are relaxed and sociable, and our jobs keep us out of the house most days. We engage in various hobbies in the evenings and are often out seeing family and friends on weekends. When we are out, you would have full use of the lounge and TV.
