I’m a respectful, easygoing professional male. I enjoy motorsport (including F1), tech, music and socialising. I'm hybrid working, so I’m not always at home — plus, I regularly stay at my girlfriend’s place and she visits here on a rotational basis.

I'm a fan of smart home tech, so the place has automated/smart lighting and heating, and even a robot vacuum and mop — meaning the place stays clean with minimal effort!

🔹 Who I’m Looking For

A professional, working male preferred (no full-time students (unless an apprentice or on a post-grad scheme etc).

Someone tidy, respectful, and preferably shares similar interests.

No pets

This room is ideal if you work locally or commute via train.
