It's a largish 3 bed detached band F in a quiet road only a 5 minute walk to Fleet highsteet and 1.2 miles to Fleet Station. It has a peaceful garden, hardly overlooked.

Bathroom is shared - with water softener installed. Separate cloakrooms complement both the upstairs and downstairs

Rest of the house has a nice kitchen, dining room, large lounge with the TV area shared. There's also storage available in the double garage and your own fridge in the garage with access to a chest freezer.

There's a large driveway and you'll be allocated parking on the left hand side. There's enough room for two lanes of cars on the drive.

I'm Rob, the owner/Occupier, I think i'm pretty relaxed and sociable and easy to get on with. I'm a professional and I work from home out of my bedroom. I'm looking for someone that is also respectful and tidy. I'm also flexible to consider working week rental agreements also, to be discussed.
