Most bills included. BT line in the room can be activated for the internet if needed. Shared bathrooms and showers, all kept clean. No pets or children. Ages 30 to 55 preferred and sorry, it is not suitable for overnight visitors or visiting children. Please note there are no washing machines at the property, and new fridge-freezer is smaller.
