Double Room for single occupancy in Fleet

We have a double bedroom available (for single occupancy) in our large detached property on a quiet residential road in Fleet, five minutes walk from the town centre and about 25 minutes walk to the station. The kitchen, shower room and bathroom facilities are shared. Although our sitting room is the family's private space, so not available for you to use, the bedroom is large enough to have a sofa, thus making it fairly self-contained as a living space. Parking is available with space on the drive for up to 5 cars. You have full use of the kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Large garden. Wifi. The Basingstoke Canal is at the end of our road and Fleet pond is a half hour walk away for those who love jogging/bird watching/picnicing.

We are a Christian household and do try to rent the rooms to Christians where possible but we are flexible. Would suit a professional, non-smoker. We look forward to hearing from you.
