Room is provided with a double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe storage. Additional furniture can be provided on request.
The house is fairly quiet area and is 10 minute drive to Fleet town, or a 20 - 30 minute walk.
Rent includes use of shared Kitchen, bathroom, toilet and garden. Utility Bills included except telephone.
A minimum deposit is required, but open to discussion.
Off road parking available and limited on-road parking directly outside/near the property is available.
