Private self contained studio annex, very light and airy. This sits at the rear of our 5 bed family home and being off the street is quiet and peaceful. It has its own private entrance off a large shared area of raised decking. This overlooks our beautiful large garden (1/3 acre). There is a gas BBQ you are welcome to use and plenty of outdoor furniture.
The annex has a newly fitted en-suite shower wet-room and well equipped kitchen area with electric hob, fan oven-microwave, kettle, toaster and a good range of cooking/eating equipment. There is a good sized fridge with ice box and brand new washer/drier plus iron & ironing board. Usual furniture such as wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet plus dining table and chairs. There is a Parker Knoll recliner arm chair plus a very comfortable double divan bed. Suitable for a single person or a couple rather than 2 singles. £725 month for a couple to cover the extra utility bills please.
There is broadband, radio CD player plus a free-view wide screen TV.
The annex has its own separately controlled underfloor heating.
All bills included except cleaning and food. We can provide bed linen and towels - you have your own washer drier. We expect the annex to be kept clean but if you can't manage that, weekly cleaning and linen change could be negotiated for a small extra cost.
We are in a quiet area of Church Crookham but many amenities are within just a few minutes walk such as: Co-op, Tesco Express, several pubs and takeaways, dentist and beauticians, parks & churches. The nearest station is only 10 minutes away, the M3 is 10 minutes, the M4 20 minutes plus 10 minutes walk to miles of open countryside. Heathrow 40 mins, Gatwick 50.
