Short term rental - Single Room 5 minutes walk to

The single room is available for short term rent only until 30 September. Monday to friday only is considered.

Only one person one room, not accepting couples or friends sharing one room. No fully remote work from home is allowed since this can not be registered as a business address.

Looking for a quiet and tidy person to share the house. The house doesn't like noise or loud speaking in the evenings becauae at least one person goes to bed early (before 8pm) . If you cook a lot with strong smell or lots of steam you could also skip this ad.
The house locates in a quiet area, 5 to 8 minutes walking distance to town center depends on your pace, providing one off-road parking, a private garden, and also space to store bikes indoor.

A nice & big kitchen with washing machine, gas stove, gas oven, fridge etc. You have your private own room equipped with bed, waldrobe, desk and chair. Share bathroom, Central heating & WIFI available through out the house.


Once a week, full cleaning up of the common area and your room. Please note that there is no TV license paid for this address. If you want to watch TV you will need to buy the license on your own.

No smoking or pets allowed inside the house. If you smoke please do it it the garden. It's important to keep the common area clean after you use it. You will need to share the responsibility to keep the place enjoyable, but you'll enjoy others company and independency as well.
