We are a friendly married couple both 29 years old who work hard and keep very busy. There are no other housemates but we do have 2 rabbits in the garden.

We are looking for a lodger who is friendly, non-smoking and respectful of others. We offer a comfortable and friendly home rather than a party house. If you are willing to tend to the rabbits when we are away then we can negotiate on the price.

We we consider married couples but there is a premium.
