I'm looking for someone to share my flat with till the end of the tenancy in November and if all goes well will consider extending the tenancy , would prefer a working person. If couples wish to an additional charge of £120 for the extra person would be asked for. I have a child that visits on weekend and some week days. Smoke free inside but I do smoke on the balcony , property has two bathrooms and two double rooms , if Iv missed anything out don't hesitate to contact me via email.
