Shared use of the kitchen, with full access to dishwsher and washer/dryer. The living room is shared access. You will have sole access to the bathroom with shower.

Close to a local shop and bus route into / out of town.

All bills and WiFi included.

The room is recently redecorated and has new carpet. There is a double bed with a small chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The house is shared with the owners, a small friendly cat and labrador puppy (she is house trained but lively so if you don't like dogs this probably isn't the room for you!)
