Lodger wanted, preferably 5 nights a week. Existing occupancy is the owner - retired widower - and a long term lodger. The house is 10 minutes walk from Fleet town centre where there is a Sainsburys and Waitrose (Morrisons and Tescos are 10 minutes by car) and 20 minutes walk to the mainline station to London in around 45 minutes. The room is adjacent to a shared bath/shower room and has 2 bedside cabinets 2 bookcases and a wardrobe, The house has a downstairs toilet, study, utility room with an additional fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer, a fairly large lounge with TV, DVD, Sonos hi-fi and Apple TV , a conservatory with hi-fi and a garden with seating areas. The kitchen has a dishwasher, breakfast table, TV and hi-fi. There's a lot of storage room and leaving things over weekends won't be a problem. There is also a smaller single room available which would be cheaper.
