Double room.

My names holly I am a live in landlord and currently share with my boyfriend and 1 lodger. We have 1 shared bathroom and a communal kitchen with dining table and TV. There is also a terrace with garden furniture and a bbq for use in the summer. Smokers are allowed but outside.
This is a maisonette above a shop and there is on street parking available.
The room is a good sized double with built in wardrobe, mirror, 2 bed side tables and chest of drawers. It has been newly decorated as has most of the house in the last 6 months.
It is clean and tidy so the person moving in would have to clean after themselves but I do the actual cleaning. Female is preferred and Monday to Friday let would be considered.
We do not have any pets but my mum who lives in Wales comes down once a month for a few days and has a small non maulting dog.
We are a chilled out bunch and all work long hours.
