Double bedroom, with a king-sized bed, available from 16/17 January 2017 in a 4 bed detached house in Zebon Copse, Church Crookham, near Fleet. You will share the house with the landlord and the existing lodger. Couples considered (slight increase in monthly rent).
You will share the bathroom with the other lodger.
On-driveway parking available.
Garden.
The room is being completely redecorated this week.
The room is fully furnished with bedroom furniture and a large built-in wardrobe.
The landlord and existing lodger are very easy to get on with.
The landlord has a very well behaved 7 year old Lab/collie cross dog which never goes upstairs.
