Large double room- close to town centre

Hello, I’m Lauren and I’m looking for someone to rent my double spare room. I have a house in the middle of fordingbridge close to local amenities. I have a modern kitchen, dining room and lounge. My lounge has a wood burner. I also have a modern bathroom, separate shower and bath. Wooden floors downstairs and upstairs being carpeted. I have a lovely garden, with a modern grey patio and half the other part of the garden is grass, complete with a log shed for the wood burner and a shed. I’m a nurse so would prefer someone who is quiet as I often work long shifts. My house is clean and tidy so anyone else sharing must also be the same. Person must be dog friendly as I have a lovely dog.

Less than 5 minute walk to shops and pubs. Salisbury is 15/20 mins away, Bournemouth is 20 mins away. Regular 30 minute bus route to Salisbury and Bournemouth. Bus stop is a five minute walk. Despite not having a driveway there is parking opposite and down the road, parking is always available.
