Light spacious double room with en-suite available

I have a bright comfortable room with an en-suite shower room available from mid May, There is a television and fridge in the room.
I’m looking for a friendly, cheerful, professional female who appreciates art and has a sense of humour. . Someone who also enjoys their own space as I do.
I would welcome a small, well behaved dog or cat. Have had much experience working with vets for years.
My house is situated very close to the bus route from Salisbury to Bournemouth, but in a very quiet road.; parking is available on street.
There is a private garden to the rear of the house which is lovely to sit in on warm summer days.

I am an artist and have a small studio downstairs and like to have friends round to be creative too.
