Double room in Fordingbridge

Hello! We are offering our spare room for rent in Fordingbridge for either short or longer term renters. It is a clean, light double room with use of the main bathroom. We have an ensuite so don’t require use of this bathroom generally but may sometimes want to use the bath. The rest of the house is available for use, including large kitchen and open plan lounge-diner which leads through to a large sunny extension and small garden. You would be sharing the house with a female couple and our two small friendly dogs. We both work full time (Mon-Fri) and spend our free time walking the dogs in the forest (right on our doorstep), playing sports and seeing friends. We are ideally looking for someone who has a similar routine to us. Someone working late nights/shift work or planning to come in at irregular hours wouldn’t be suitable as the dogs would be disturbed and wake the household! There is free parking available in the cul-de-sac. All bills included to a reasonable usage, including council tax and WiFi. Walking distance to town and lots of nice routes around the area straight from the door. We’d love to hear from you, if you think this sounds suitable for you!
