Double room available

We have a double room with a built-in wardrobe available from the 1st August. There is sole access to the main bathroom 95% of the time, with only very occasional visits from family. The room can be either unfurnished or furnished for £700/£750 respectively, all bills included (furnished room would come with a brand new king-size mattress). You would also have full use of the house with a large patio and garden, There is SkyTV in the lounge, this can be (for a small cost) extended to your room, We are both 53, non smokers and work full-time, We don't have any pets, with the exception of the occasional visits from the kids dogs. We are a quiet, clean and tidy house in a quiet village with regular bus service and shops a minutes walk away. We are located near Alton where there are direct trains into London, which is ideal for commuting. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
