Single room occupancy is £550pcm, as stated, double room occupancy is £695pcm with a deposit equal to one months rent, this is held securely against any damages and returned at the end of the tenancy.

We do have dogs but these occupy a separate area of the house and do not come into parts of home used by lodgers.

Our family consists of myself (46) my husband (51) and our son aged 16.
There is one other male lodger at the moment.

There is plenty of off road parking and a patio area to side of house for use of Lodgers.

We are a non smoking household so would prefer non smoking lodgers.

Property is 3 miles from Alton with it's direct train line to Waterloo, 25 minutes drive from Basingstoke and Winchester and a 15 minute drive from Petersfield.
