One double bedroom available in a two bedroom house in Four Marks. Quiet and rural village 5 miles away from Alton so easy access to the train station for major routes to London.

Double bedroom comes furnished with a brand new double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Access to shared bathroom and kitchen with other tenant. living room can be used by tenant when not in use by owner. There is currently a gaming PC stationed in the room, but this will be moved. £500pcm includes all bills but not food, this will need to purchased separately.

Garden with decking area, BBQ, seating and firepit that can all be used.

Smoking is only permitted outside of the house.

Current tenant includes the owner of the house (female). Sometimes working early hours; starting at 6am. Weeknights are mostly for relaxing after a hard days work and weekends out visiting some friends but I do like a lazy Sunday chilling in front of the TV and watching films.

The room is available to couples and would be priced at £750pcm including bills but not food.

Would prefer Monday to Friday tenant but can negeotiate 7 days a week.
