Rooms in Fratton.

This is a regular house in Fratton, near St Mary's Church. One student is living downstairs and there are 2 free rooms upstairs. The one at the front is a bit bigger than the other, the bigger could take a couple possibly and the difference is reflected in the price.
The bathroom is upstairs as well as a smaller storage room, there is a downstairs toilet as well.
The upstairs is mainly furnished but it can be negotiated what might be needed or what can stay or go, if the tenant had some furniture it would be helpful possibly.
