This house is my home, it's right next to Fratton train station – ideal for commuters, has a south-facing garden and a working fireplace.
I have a dog and an outdoor cat (both friendly). A cleaner comes every two weeks for communal areas.
The room comes unfurnished, but we can discuss furniture and you’re welcome to bring your own. I have my own en-suite, so the main bathroom would mostly be yours. I've also converted the other room into an office space for working from home.
Parking available (permit required as a second car).
