There’s a working fieplace great in the winter. There is parking available but a permit is needed as it would be 2nd car. I am right next to Fratton train station so super easy for commuters. Also have a south facing garden. The bedroom is currently unfurnished but a bed and draws can be provided or if you have your own furniture that is ok too.
