I have a large double bedroom available in 2 bedroom house, close to Fratton station and shops. Bedroom has two large built in mirrored wardrobes, double bed and some cabinets. My other housemate is moving area on the 21st May so can have someone in straight after. It has toilet with shower over bath and large living room, new kitchen and small garden. Parking is on road, permit is needed. Theres a landline, wifi and sky tv. Council tax and sky will be included in rent. Gas and electric will be on card meters.
