The room includes a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers - all in good, new condition.
You will have sole use of the downstairs bathroom which includes a shower.

I am a mature 24 year old Female and the only other occupier of the house. Please inquire if you are a clean and tidy, respectful professional and are able to provide references. Someone looking for a Monday-Friday let would be ideal, but 7 day lets will be considered.
