It is a 3 bedroom house so there you will have 2 other housemates, one is a first year Mathematics student and the other is a second year Business Information Systems student. It's a medium sized house in a great location for transport and shopping with Fratton station, university bus stops and asda within a 5 minute walk. The rent is £325 per month excluding bills.
