Double room in large, comfortable home

We are looking for a lodger for our spare room. A large double room in a flat in Fratton in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 minutes walk from Commercial Road and from Fratton train station. The room is a double room with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and large chest of drawers. Rent is £450 a month including bills. The kitchen has a washer/dryer and plenty of storage and there's plenty of parking.

Laid back and calm household with two dogs so a dog lover (or tolerator!) is a must. Looking for a clean, quiet and respectful person. We don't smoke but if you do it's ok in the garden.
