Young couple with a small dog are looking for a single person to share their two bedroom mid terrace house, with a garden in Fratton, 2 minutes from the station and Asda superstore. We are offering a decent size furnished double room including double bed, futon , large chest of draws, and built in wardrobe with use of the kitchen and bathroom for £350 per calendar month all bills included (wifi/electric/gas/council tax etc) with a £350 deposit in advance.
