modern, high spec furnished double room to rent in our 4 bedroom house. Each room has a flat screen wall mounted TV, double storage bed, Built in wardrobe, desk and chair. All rooms have code lock access.
The first room is on the ground floor and available now and the second room is on the first floor and is available from the 1st August.

The entire house was refurbished to a high standard in 2014 and the garden was redone in 2015. There is a shared kitchen, communal upstairs room (currently used as a dining room) with additional fridge, downstairs shower room with large walk in shower and underfloor heating and upstairs WC.

5 min walk to Fratton station;
10-15 min walk to Commercial Road, Portsmouth;
15-20 min walk to Portsmouth & Southsea Station;
20 min walk to The University of Portsmouth.

Parking is on street, permit parking. A permit can be obtained from Portsmouth City Council.

We do require references and conduct a check in. We do charge a move in fee of £100.
