Hi,

I am a current tenant of this 2 bed space. I have been living here by myself since 07 Feb 2023. I will now be moving and I am looking for a tenant / x2 tenants to take over the tenancy to avoid some nasty £800 exit fees!

The flat has
- Large off road parking area, space for multiple cars
- Large bedroom
- Large bedroom / front room
- Large hallway
- Kitchen with white goods included and a breakfast bar
- Under stairs storage
- 5 min walk to Southampton central train station
- Gas cooker
- South facing so plenty of light in the rooms
- Can(just) see the sea from my window !

Current tenancy runs until 07 Feb 2025, so looking for a tenant to cover the next 6 months.

Bills are not included, I pay roughly £40 per month gas/electric, £15 for water, and £22 for internet
Council Tax band is A
EPC is D

If interested will need to pass the landlords referencing check and paperwork
